Closets

Built to the room's real dimensions.

A closet system bought off the shelf gets fitted to the nearest standard width and the difference shows up as filler panels. Built to measure, the run uses the whole wall — which in a closet is the entire point, because the storage you lose is the storage you needed.

Because the glass work happens in the same shop, display doors and mirrored panels get made to the cabinet rather than sourced separately.

One shop

Millwork and metal, made to each other.

The reason the oak handrail and the steel spindles line up is that they're made in the same place. The same applies to a closet with glass doors, or a vanity with a mirror run: nothing has to be reconciled between two suppliers on site.
